Deffo recommend the eggs halloumi if you like hollandaise sauce. Lovely fresh spinach, perfectly poached eggs with the right size slab of halloumi on a fresh, toasted bun. Perfect serving size. “Pleasantly surprised to find this was a Samuel Smith's pub, so very cheap. Beer was very well kept. A very interesting building architecturally too - not your average pub. I did like their "Digital Detox" stance, which meant people were having actual conversations and not just sat looking at their phone!!”

Been in a few times,the new chef has some tricks up his sleeves , had the steak burger and my girlfriend had the lasagne, probably the least daring choice on the menu and still blew us away! 100% recommend eating here, stayed for a few hours afterwards for drinks too! “2 words will describe this place, Absolutely superb, Was heading to Kaspar's which is next door but one but family was hungry so decided to give this place a try and what a wonderful choice it was. Kids loved the pizzas and burgers and we 4 adults ordered the Babylon special platter which had all the top choices for just £39.99, it was huge, everything was delicious and also the guys who run the place were very nice and the service was super fast. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in Bolton looking for nice meal with reasonable price. Top attraction was the parrot, it was gorgeous and will invite you by saying "hello" and "goodbye" and "bye bye" He even greets you in Arabic language by saying "Marhaba" and "Assalaam Waalaikum" Thanks for the lovely meal guys.”

“I called in after looking round the garden centre. I was greeted quickly and ordered a coffee and jacket potato. After only 5 minutes, I was asked if I wanted a free coffee as my jacket potato was going to be a while. Who even thinks a jacket spud is going to be a quick service? It was well worth the wait! Friendly and efficient service. Warm and comfy atmosphere. I recommend this venue. I will be back. Thank you.”

The place seems more like a pub again than the restaurant it became after it burned down, the food we had was very good and buying drinks didn't break the bank either.”
