We hadn’t booked a slot and just turned up this morning - we were greeted by a very polite gentleman who told us to go take a walk along the quayside for an hour, when we returned the damage was completely fixed for an incredibly good price. “I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. “This is the 3rd time we have had Marley our Labrador stay with Barkers Pet Services. The last 2 times were for 2 week stays but this time we booked him in for 3 weeks. We had absolutely no problem doing this as we were so comfortable and happy with his last 2 stays we knew he would be more than settled. This is a fantastic place for our dog to be and would highly recommend Barkers Pet Services for home boarding. We couldn't imagine putting Marley in kennels as we tried this when he was younger and did nothing but worry about him. They send us regular pictures on whats app of his stay and updates of what he is doing which is great. Marley is 6yrs old and quite a broadly built Labrador. Since being a pup he has always stayed by our side and been quite a nervous dog and is sometimes scared of small dogs and most big dogs. It takes him a while to get used to a new doggy friend but when he finds one he likes he will follow it around and play. We explained all Marley's fears and all things he enjoys to Jan & Liz and this has always been taken on board when walking Marley and taking care of him. We couldn't imagine leaving him anywhere else now and every time we bring him back for a stay even if its been a year since his last one, he jumps out of the car and runs straight in. I was kept updated with texts and I usually get a delivery time window of about 3-4 hours - especially good for on-site deliveries. They also picked up an order that I needed to return. Good service, efficient delivery, helpful drivers.”

“Brent is the very best of the best. He is an amazingly talented hairdresser and you can tell he genuinely cares for his clients and wants to make them feel special. I've never really been a fan of going to salons and have usually found them to be awkward in the past, but the whole experience felt like such a treat and the salon has a great vibe. He goes above and beyond giving advice for aftercare and other hair tips. Could not recommend more - I will never go anywhere else in Manchester.”
