“Went there with my family, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice and fresh, we had platter for 2 with lamb neck added and it was delicious. Even my little one ate it. Defo recommend!!!”

“I had heard from family that this place was the place to go for a curry. I came in with pretty high expectations. Those expectations were easily exceeded. The restaurant is beautiful decorated, the hello upon arrival and the smiling friendly service was fantastic. The food was of high quality and the price considering the quality of food is very reasonable. Our waiter Amin is a credit to the restaurant, 10/10 service. We will see you again soon.”

“Greeted at the door. Took my son for a post football treat. Not that normal sort of place as is aimed at discerning diners/lunch seekers, we were lad and dad brunch seekers! The lady and gent that served us were really attentive and alert. Lovely with my 8 year old too. Divided things on menu to accommodate us and just made us feel like we could stay there all day it was that relaxed. Food was of a high standard and arrived still warm and fresh from the oven. Scotch bonnet chilli sauce was especially good which we got with our pizza. The sorbets are well above average too. All in all a great place, loved it! We were served by Elle and Isaac. Who enhanced an already good experience.”

Booked in here for Lunch and can honestly say as an Ex Chef myself, The Mixed Grill was out of this world, The best I've had by a mile. My Steak was cooked to perfection. “Another 5* experience at the Grove today. I was able to speak to the wonderful chef Haz who adapted a dish to accommodate my husbands ( numerous) food allergies. My chicken flatbread was amazing too. Lovely welcoming staff. Really worth a visit.”

“I was having a meal at the Alderley Edge restaurant on Sunday Nov.7th which was my family treat to celebrate my 80th birthday on Tuesday Nov.9th. I have never felt so important, the staff were really attentive , the food was delicious and to top it off Irfan ( I think that was his name) dimmed the lights, played "happy birthday " music and brought me a delicious portion of Honey and Almond cake, enough for the four of us with a candle on it , courtesy of the management. What a lovely gesture! Top Class !!”

“The quality has gone a little down as the chicken was too dry and somewhat different taste too. Not sure the spices have changed. The Kobeda was like always bang on. The prices have been raised and assuming that everything else has also done the same.”

“Probably one of the best costa establishments I have been too. Let me start by saying that the staff are so friendly and nice. It’s a really chilled coffee shop, which is nice to come and grab a coffee and if you wanted many different cake selections. Once again the staff members are so welcoming and that is probably the number one reasoning behind it being the best one I have been too.”

“Amazing little gem. I'm a fussy eater meaning I like my food well cooked and HOT served on a warm plate. Sounds logical but many fall short. This place exceeds, lovely warm welcome, attentive friendly hosts and HOT well cooked lovely food. Thanks so much x we'll be regulars”

“We stayed in this hotel for one night, we got their about 11am wanted to leave our luggage there and go to Trafford centre. The helpful women on reception said she can allocate us a room already which was great. The room was clean, plenty of room for the night, modern, everything you need. We used the facilities at night swimming sauna rooms and hot tub, they was all lovely and clean, felt like it was really worth the money We paid. Surprised it’s only a 3 star could easily pass for a 4 star. Everyone is helpful n friendly. Had food at night and drinks average price for a hotel and nice food. Had football on the tv. No noise during the night. Breakfast was lovely, possibly the best buffet breakfast I’ve had at a hotel, nice and clean. Food was fresh and warm. Lots of selection of food n drinks. Staff shown us around as it was our first time. Never too busy in the breakfast room either. Overall nice stay, would definitely come again. Thankyou”

“Had a meeting and lunch here. The meeting room was very spacious, the tech all worked and there are plenty of plugs. Tea and coffee provided, along with some biscuits. Staff very helpful throughout. The lunch was nice too, not too pricey for quality food, had the seabass, calories printed on the menus which is very helpful. Pint of MPA on cask was in perfect condition!”

“Service and staff were fantastic. The food was really nice at dinner time..Breakfast in the morning was freshly prepared and really good quality/ value. The rooms albeit a little small were warm and very clean. Piping hot water for the showers, very comfy bed and quiet .. can't fault it will be back”

“Located in Didsbury where Wilmslow Road meets A34/Kingsway. The Cinema is part of the Parrs Wood Entertainment Complex which consists of a Ten Pin bowling with loads of great arcade games and a great selection of restaurants including Five Guys, Nandos, Wagamama etc The cinema has a Starbucks on the ground floor with plenty of seating Upstairs you will find a Ben and Jerrys style ice cream counter and the usual popcorn and drinks stations with a large choice of snacks and Sri is and a pick n pix wall. The bar area is lovely set up by a huge window looking out at Didsbury. The variety of screens here is impressive with Superscreens, 3D IMAX and 4DX. The seats are red leather reclining in some screens. A huge car park at the rear is handy plus there is a huge gym and casino too.”
