After a series of issues previously (with another company) they've rectified and improved the functionality of the pool and spa and they've also future proofed pool which has been a massive sigh of relief and weight off our minds. We now have a crystal clear pool and jacuzzi and a new chemical dosing system. Chris has been professional, reliable and trustworthy and always been just a call away if we had any questions or worries. Got a really competitive quote from them in a timely manner, said yes then Luke and Kay booked us in again in a timely manner. Luke came when he said would and did a sterling job, our windows now look great. (I hadn't realised how dirty they'd gotten!) From start to finish KLH made process so easy. “On recommendation, I called Mr Hygenic in order to clean a ground floor beige carpet that I was considering replacing. From the moment I made the call I was reassured that the carpet was salvageable, and the results afterwards were nothing short of remarkable! “I am in awe of the amount of effort Chris put in today for the very reasonable price he charged. He was here nearly all day and has done exactly what he said he was going to do. He cleaned two small roofs which badly needed doing , all the gutters and all the York stone in the back garden. He has done an outstanding job and I would thoroughly recommend him. “Best dry cleaning and alteration service I have used in altrincham and priced fairly Heavy lined curtains altered and dry clean. Looked totally different like a new set of curtains when completed. Advice given of best way of altering and completed on time. Curtains so long 400cm and heavy other dry cleaners could not clean but Dukes very solution focused and ensured alterations also facilitated dry cleaning but without compromising in style etc. Definitely recommend for a very friendly, reliable and professional service.”

She's given me several memories already, including two perfectly considered memorials for friends since past, some fun pieces to remind me of personal events, and a masterful back piece in reference to Alexander McQueen (our favourite designer) with her own dark nature vibe.
