As you will all know trying somewhere new after going to the same place for years is hard but the owner made me feel incredibly welcome, he knew his stuff and was very friendly. One thing that stood out to me was that when other customers came in he explained the rough wait time to them, offering them a drink and continued to take his time on my cut, he didn't speed up or try to rush and made sure I was 100% happy.
