Nobody man handled and dragging my kid on floor to take them into room. no one had switched off the lights. Doctor and assistant are very friendly, having fantastic experience how to deal with kids. No matter how many of us are in her class, she spends personalised time with everyone. I leave having an informative understanding of my improvements; my weaknesses that I need work on; and a clearer understanding of my own anatomy. Her teaching methods are inclusive and they deliver results. She clearly puts in alot of time and thought into her lesson plans. I also occasionally have private lessons, when it fits in around life, and I bring my son with me. Heather is so lovely with him, giving him his own space to join in.
