I had a phone call with Dave Milsom, their auction specialist, apart from being great fun and friendly, he was extremely helpful and reassuring. “The whole experience of Greengate is excellent. From booking a viewing, moving and asking for help when it’s needed. All staff members have been friendly and helpful. They are always there when needed for help and advice. I don’t think I’ve had to wait more an hour to get a response from and email or a maintenance request. Staff were helpful when helping with my moving van when we moved in, helping us with parking spaces and quick access to the building. The gym is excellent and they have a great 24hr concierge, who again, have kind and helpful staff at hand to help. One thing that I’ve found quite cool is everything is managed through the free GreenGate app. Messages, maintenance requests, gym bookings amongst many other things are all done through the app. Simple and convenient. Does the job. I have rented in many places around the country in my life and the GreenGate experience has been my best by far.”

“Great reasonably priced hotel, you always know what to expect with a Premier Inn and I think this stay was a little better. We only stayed for a night but felt taken care of, and made use of the features of the Premier Plus room, including the mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. After we arrived I went back down to ask if we could get any soya milk to make tea/coffee with, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, and got us some from the kitchen to take up and use, and they definitely weren’t stingy about it, we got a litre! Mini fridge came in handy there. I’d highly recommend this hotel and the staff were just great. Also if you park in the MediaCityUK multi-storey car park adjacent to the premier inn, make sure you get your parking validated at reception to bring the price down to £11 for 24hrs”
