The place gets very busy so if you wait for the car to be fixed you could be waiting a while depending on what you need done. People want things done straight away so just bare with them. Our 17 year old Siemens washing machine developed a fault and I was quite expecting Simon to say that it was too old to be repaired. No such thing! He said it was built like a tank and probably last another 10 years. There was no song and dance, no intake of breath, Simon just got on with the job with no fuss.
