“An ideal place to go with teenage children for a birthday meal. There is plenty to choose from on the menu and the food is very good. I like being able to choose my own sauce from the side counter and to top up on soft drinks. We all enjoyed it and the food was reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back.”

I had chicken satay and nasi goring with chicken and prawns, and sampled some other dishes off the family. They have an awesome chef. Elise was brilliant. She was polite, attentive and very helpful. “Great hotel. Reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean !! The bed was very comfy. Had a very good night sleep. The only downfall was breakfast. The queue was big and took a while to sit down. Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone as the rooms themselves compensate”

“We have ordered from Bonsai 5 or 6 times. One of us normally gets the 3-dish taster because we can never decide what to get - its all so delicious. Last time I had the loaded steak fries and it was amazing. Very very tasty. The odd dish can be pretty spicy so be warned, but the spice levels are fine if you enjoy some heat.”

“Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was perfect. Well done manager and thank you for coming to my aid. Keep up the good work.”

“We stayed here as we were attending a good at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. The location was ideal, literally a stones throw from the venue. Tamia who checked is in was lovely and very accommodating. We had booked a twin room but when we entered our room the second bed wasn't made up. No problem, she quickly sorted it by moving us to another room ! Lovely friendly staff, comfy beds & a good nights sleep. Good value for money ! Would definitely stay here again & recommend for anyone attending a gig at the Warehouse or the football at Trafford Park.”

Have been to this one couple times in the last six months, The Caesar salad and the meatballs, are definitely a good choice, The alcoholic drinks are always really nice as well if your not hungry.”

“I can safely say that I just had the best steak I have ever tried (and I have tried many, including the famous Nusret!). And the triple cooked chips OH MY GOD! The staff were very friendly and went over and beyond to make us happy. We also treated ourselves to a pancake which was absolutely delicious! It's a shame there is no clear signage outside so I had to call them to get directions. In case you also have trouble finding it, it's located on the grounds of Trafford Hall Hotel (a very nice hotel I must say).”
