“My first time dining here. Very beautiful restaurant. The staff are amazing. The food was gorgeous and at good prices. The staff made my birthday special they made such an effort with my cake and cocktail, singing and recording it and asking permission to post it what a lovely gesture. I will defo be back here I loved it best place iv been by far x”

“Didn't expect this from this place. Mrs was talking about going there for a long time. We went during the afternoon, it wasn't busy so we got seated straight away. The atmosphere and decor was amazing, I loved how the new modern glass building was connected to the old town hall building really blended in well. Service was as expected but the food well my burger meal was delicious hot and just hit the spot. The Mrs breakfast and cake looked good also and she wasn't disappointed”

“Oh my god, this is the best kebab I've ever eaten in my entire life. I'm from out of the area so looked up local takeaways on just eat and I'm glad I chose to order here. The meat is like nothing I've ever tasted and the guys behind the counter couldn't have been anymore friendlier. Even threw in a free drink for my son. I'm very impressed and will definitely be back when I'm next in the area. Mind = blown!”

“Really good meal. Flavours were excellent (although some dishes very spicy). I think what made it so great was the really attentive service. Everyone was very attentive and organised. We sat in the bar stools in the window and it made a change as well as we could people watch. Will definitely be returning!”

“Being new to the area, I thought I'd give this place a try and wow what a great Chinese takeaway! Food was delivered on time and all aspects of it were absolutely spot on, not greasy and tasteless at all (as I find many Chinese takeaways usually are). Highly recommend this place if you are in the area, I'll definitely be back soon.”

“First visit here tonight after walking past a few times. Very friendly staff, good portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Tea for two for under £7, very happy. Will gladly return and be a regular customer. Hidden gem on the outskirts of the town centre. Delivery available as well.”

“Went in for a late breakfast with my other half. Asked for a small adjustment to the vegan breakfast which they were happy to do. All the staff were super pleasant and the place had a really chilled, warm vibe. To top it off the food was exceptional, and the coffee was also really good. Will definitely be back!”

“I have been to many functions at this venue and always had a great night. Always made to feel welcome even when I have been there on my own. The staff are very friendly and also very accomodating when I have held events there. One such event was on the 14th August where it was a great night and the staff even helped decorate the room as well as cleared everything into a tidy area for us to collect the next day. I noticed a 1* review from a guest at the previous event.. The lady claims to have been Merry but not drunk yet was abusive and confontational to other guest including myself. Later at her hotel it took 8 police officers to escort her from her room after she constantly tried to attack on of her own party. If thats not drunk I'd hate to see how you behave when you are? The fact this lady 2 weeks later is still trying to cause trouble, speaks more about her than the venue she is trying to bad mouth.”

“Lees Spice Lounge is by far the best Indian restaurant in Oldham. Been there well over 100 times and never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is so good. It’s a pleasure to work your way through the menu trying all the different curries. My current favourite (and the one in the photo) is Naga Jal-Fry - with a keema naan bread. Be sure to phone ahead for a table at weekend, because it’s not surprising that they get very busy.”

“Really nice and friendly place. We turned up at very short notice as a table of 6 adults and 2 children and they managed to accommodate us. Food was lovely, all arrived swiftly and all together. The prices are very reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful, definitely returning.”

“This week we were fortunate enough to have our wedding at The White Hart. The whole staff and establishment couldn't have done anymore for us. Their attention to detail on the day was impeccable and even the smallest request was delivered with such enthusiam and the team were so personable. Even when small hiccups occured before the day Charles and his dedicated team made us feel so valued and wen't completely out their way to get everything the way we wanted it. We had comments from our guests that the quality of the food was the best they have had at a wedding and the venue looked incredible with the roaring fire and it's naturally cosy atmoshphere. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly warm and cosy with all details thought of. We'd like to express our sincere thanks and couldn't reccommend this venue and team more to deliver your special day. “Came here for a pre-birthday meal. Good and service was spot on. I really don’t think there’s a better place in the vicinity at this price point. A great variation of food available including vegan, gluten free and they are also super cautious with allergens which is helpful to see. The menu has a wide variety of food from around the world, including Tapas, steak, Thai style and much more. Staff are extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you. A great atmosphere and vibe to the place to say it is situated in the centre of Oldham, you certainly do not feel like you are there. The only thing that I could nit-pick would be that our food came extremely fast. Which for the vast majority of people is great, however as a type 1 diabetic It was difficult to time my insulin correctly. However I am sure if I had made you aware, the staff would have accommodated. It was that good me and my girlfriend returned on Monday morning to try the brunch. Would highly recommend.”
