“Dr. Magda Wolińska is the Best and nicest dentist I have ever met. She is a perfectionist, very detailed, the treatments are completely painless, she creates a good environment that helps to feel relaxed. She only cares for saving the tooth rather than taking money out of you, which is unfortunately very rare nowadays. She really stays within budget. Finally, I have found my Dentist.:) The receptionists are also really nice, they really try their best to find as early as possible appointment date if really needed! From walking in the entrance to being discharged same day I have nothing but praise for everyone I came into contact with, from start to end. “Wow, please please please could the reception staff train all other reception staff how to be so respectful, polite and friendly. I was sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and heard time after time the staff being kind, courteous and caring. Their attitude meant that patients felt heard, understood and most importantly weren't made to feel like an inconvenience (as is often my experience at our local doctors). I really really hope their kind manner takes off and other places realise what a difference treating people as fellow human beings can make. Thank you.”

“Today after seeing Dr and pretty much told to maybe just come to terms with my son never talking or doing his abcs got know where and left surgery in tears I received a phone conversation with a Dr Khan she was amazing had a fabulous understanding about my child's speacial needs hes is non verbal and struggles dailey im going to be ringing to try and meet this dr and thank her in person for all that she did may seem little but to me it was the most anyone has ever done for him and was so patient I felt as though I was heard for the first time in ages my heart melted I just want to thank her so much and hopefully my baby boy will now stop wetting his bed I'm so happy that somone listened and was willing to try I hope this Dr gets this message thankyou so much from the mother kirsty travis I would give this surgery a 5 out of 5 the re”

“I went for my breast surgery with Nu Cosmetic Clinic and was operated in Manchester. Was offered excellent treatment and was also offered transport after the surgery as I was suppose to go home on my own. “Shocking. I have previously left a good review because of Dr Hannan who is a brilliant doctor and this review has nothing to do with them. I went to my doctor 7 months ago about symptoms I have been experiencing which I have been worried about. I can’t remember exactly how long I waited for that appointment but I think it was about 6 weeks, I had a blood test and got results quickly. I had to have another blood test 3 months after. When I rang to book it the waiting time was 6 weeks. I’ve had to wait over 2 weeks for the results after the blood test and that’s because I had to contact them. Every time I phone I get told to phone back tomorrow. I have tried 5 or 6 times now. No one picks up on the line to call through to get results so I have to pick the appointments option and getting through is terrible. I’ve been with this surgery all my life but I am now going to change.”
