“Great place to have a couple of drinks and play pool/snooker. They often show football games too. Definitely worth getting a membership if you go there a couple of times as you get this discounts am a number of things. Prices are for and the food offered is good quality too. Would definitely recommend.”

“In my role as a community support worker I look after adults with various learning disabilitie s I tried Mee Thyme. It was an excellent place. Owner Debbie was lovely and we have been back several times each time she is polite, always a smile on her face and goes that extra mile with the guys I have with me. The food is varied and tasty and all the staff do a great job with their warmth & kindness.”

“Just literally finished the food and was absolutely spot on. Burgers were soooooo nice and everything else on top was amazing. We had an issue with missing items on delivery as the driver didn’t drop it off and they soon got us a replacement ready and treated us to some ice cream for the issue. Met the guys, absolutely lovely people and happy to help. Thanks guys will be definitely back there soon!”

“There are 5 great great burger places in England I’ve tried… Almost Famous, Slap & Pickles, Fat Hippo, Burger & Beyond and this place… and I’d argue this place (along with Slap & Pickles) are the best.. Menu is a whole load of fun, they always have great specials and the sides and chicken are great too… it’s only a small place so there isn’t a whole load of space but I quite like that about it!! Feel like a bit of a tucked away American diner!!! Honestly - get yourself here… you won’t be disappointed!! You’ll be very full… but deffo not disappointed!! :)”

“Absolutely hidden gem cafe in Stockport with good price. All the food source from the best in local farms. My son Luke loves the sausages so much and so am I. The other favorite is the mushroom soup, fresh made and creamy. If you want some dessert, I would highly recommend the Victoria sponge and fresh made pancake.”

“Came today for the first time with my kids and my elderly grandad. Must say i was so impressed, the staff are very lovely and attentive. Really polite and great with the kids. The food was really really nice, kids had chicken nuggets, I have the chicken sandwich and my grandad had scampi and all of us finished our food and throughly enjoyed it. Then desert grandad had crumble and kids had brownies. And it was such a good price what I paid for 5 of us under £50 with food deserts and drinks was definitly value for money. She suggested the bestest of ales that they had to offer and honestly it just quenched my thirst immediately. A perfect pint poured by perfect staff, and a beautiful pub also! Well worth a visit and if you are in the area!”

“Just visited for the first time since the new landladies took over, what a difference! Lovely atmosphere, fabulously friendly staff at the bar and the food was amazing. Mixed grill cooked perfectly for him, pie week special of the best cheese and onion pie for me. Both meals piping hot, freshly cooked, and the chips were perfect. “Visited the Five ways for an afternoon buffet following a funeral. The bar staff were attentive and professional, dealing with the initial rush quickly. I've not been in this pub for 40 years or more and was pleasently surprised how smart and comfortable the place had become.......the buffet was the usual fare but tasty and varied. Altogether a great venue”
