"Comfortable, large pub at the south end of Hazel Grove. Recently refurbished to good effect. Pleasant walled garden to the front where you can see the busy roads in action. Internally, it consists of a pool room to the left, bar and associated high seating to centre, then a lounge type area to the right. There is a small stage, and plenty of TV sport. Pizzas served all day. Three cask ales."
