“Have to say, we would be lost without petpals looking after our cats when we go away, far cheaper than putting the cats in a cattery and we know they are all safe,fed , kept warm and are well when we are not there- one of the best advantages of the service is you also know your house is in safe hands closing the curtains and turning on the lights at night. They know all our cats names and behaviours and introduce themselves before they start to look them/ when we come home from holidays a diary of all their behaviour , what they eat , drank and any issues (not one so far). We have used petpals for a few years now and will continue to do so. The previous comment with one star is completely off topic!”

“Looking for a nursery for your child is one of the most stressful and worrying times, especially if your child like ours has a medical condition. OI is basically brittle bone disease, so nursey setting had to be right. After visiting a few nurseries we had almost given up hope, then The yellow door came up and it was the best decision to send our son here. It's like home from home, staff are informative and nursery settings are natural and beautiful. Risk assessments took place and support offered was amazing, he has grown in confidence and development. So happy we made the right choice .”

“We had a wonderful experience using space station for our son. They supported my son and I throughout meetings for a speech delay and worked with him when he picked up basic sign language. My son now communicates with spoken language and has come on leaps and bounds with his all round development which all the girls at space station have helped him with. We have just left to start school nursery and we will miss them loads my son was always happy to attend once he had settled in. Thank you”

“Highly Recommend My daughter has been attending this nursery for nearly a year and absolutely loves it. The staff are absolutely amazing with her and are always helpful. I have a daily report on how she has been and what she has been up to. They have really helped with her developmental and Identifying the areas she is doing well in and challenging her to make sure she is always learning and progressing. The management team always have time for any questions or queries that I have, no matter how big or small they are.”

“As a primary school teacher the education, nurturing environment and care of the nursery provider we chose was so important. After visiting a few nurseries locally it was clear within seconds of meeting Nursery manager Sarah I wanted my daughter to go to Educare. It was a very simple choice also after being made to feel welcome to visit anytime we wanted without an appointment. After nursery did so much to help out eldest daughter to settle in, when the time came we enrolled our second child without hesitation. Best decisions we've made in their short but precious lives.”

“This is such a great vet clinic, they really do treat your pets like their own, it's so lovely. The continuity of care is a massive bonus too, always the same friendly faces at every visit rather than a different vet every time you go like at some clinics. I'm very happy to have Sarah and Archie treating my pets and happily recommend them to everyone.”

“We were always worried about leaving our dogs with anyone but we are so happy we found Sharon. We could tell they’d had a great time and were relaxed, happy and exhausted when we picked them up. Sharon and her team looked after them like they were their own and we know they will definitely enjoy their holidays there.”

“Put my cat in this cattery for a weekend. He's a shy, nervous cat that has diabetes so put him in for a weekend to see how he'd be before going in for 2 weeks later in the year. The owner took good care of him and he settled down enough for his injections to be done without trouble. One nice thing was when I picked him up the owner gave me a sort of diary of his stay, saying how he'd been, which was good and reassuring. I'm very happy to put my cat back in here again, the facilities are good and the owner is very nice and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals and will care for any cat like it's her own.”

“Tilly had a great stay here and Hayley kept me up to date with how she was doing throughout the week. She’s a nervous cat and not used to being in a cattery, but she was so well looked after and cared for that she settled really well. I’d recommend this cattery without hesitation.”

“This is the first time Rocco (Gsd) has been left. He is nearly 3. He had a couple of hours as a taster a couple of weeks ago. I was sure he was going to be just fine. He has been in for 3 days boarding and I’m so happy that he was happy. He has been really well looked after by lovely staff. Thankyou Paula. I have already booked for next year.”

“The best person to leave your dog with! I can’t say enough good things about Debby and how great she has been at looking after my puppy George. He adores her and loves going to doggy day care with her. I know when I drop him off I don’t have to worry and can set off for work rest assured George is going to have an amazing day and be well looked after. After lockdown I was called back into work with short notice and I tried leaving George on his own for a few days for short periods and when seeing how distressed he was I searched for a doggy day care online. After seeing Debby’s reviews I sent an online enquiry and she called me within a few minutes, offered me to pop over there and then to see her house and meet her and now George goes to her five days a week and I wouldn’t want him anywhere else. She has a great set-up in her home and garden where everything is secure and I feel like it’s another home for George where he is shown love and affections as well as being able to socialise with other dogs. He gets lots of exercise, playtime and food and I get to pick him up at the end of each day super happy and pretty tired which is perfect for me after a long day in work. Debby is always accommodating and I know she will always make decisions based on what is best for all the dogs to make sure they are happy and safe. I know there are larger set ups for doggy day-care but what I love about Debby’s house is it’s George’s second home and he will only ever be around other dogs that have been vetted by Debby to ensure they can play safely. Debby sends regular updates throughout the day of George having lots of fun and he is so desperate to get to hers in the morning he barely eats breakfast! I really couldn’t recommend a better person to look after your dog! Thank you Debby!”

“Justine and Co offer a fantastic service. She's looked after our dog Elsie many times and has gone over and above in times of need, on one occasion putting in extra time to tale Elsie to emergency vets. As a result I feel very comfortable leaving Elsie in their care. She sends me updates when we're away for full peace of mind.
