“I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. I went to Chris as a last resort, in the hope that I could live relatively pain free. What I did not expect was that after a few months of treatment/working alongside Chris in the gym, I would to be back running and running better than before! One of the qualities of Chris that sets him above any physiotherapists I have previously seen is his ability to solve extremely complex injuries. He puts it into terms that are easy to understand, and he will take you through the biomechanics. It’s clear that Chris is passionate about his job and cares about the individuals he treats. I attend appointments with Chris regularly. This can be a mixture of treatment or gym work, all of which have been valuable in keeping me pain free. I have had a personalised strength and conditioning plan put together ensuring I’m keeping my body strong. I always look forward to my appointments with Chris as it’s an opportunity to learn, improve and adapt.”

“I first met Mr Kim in November 2018 when I started to have extreme pain in my right hip. He discussed all my options with me and carried out a hip replacement in Feb 2019. His care, compassion and professionalism throughout the process and the following 12 months was world class. Mr Kim truly cares about his patients and has a wonderful style of communication that shows he truly understands how you are feeling as his patient. I developed degenerative osteoarthritis in my left hip the following year and he suggested we treat that with steroid injections until such point as surgery was necessary. Mr Kim carried out a hip replacement in February 2022 and this time recommended the robotic option and I am happy to say that as we approach 6 months post-op my new hip is working perfectly. I would highly recommend Mr Kim and cannot end this review without mentioning his amazing secretary, Shabnam, who is friendly, efficient and very caring.”

I would highly recommend Richard's teaching to others as it uses data driven analysis to highlight areas to improve. Additionally the ability to be able to practice on the Trackman and get feedback from the data it provides to ensure you're appropriately focusing on improving the right areas is invaluable. Straight after tongue tie procedure my newborn enjoyed food longer, didn’t fall asleep after few min, didn’t get tired. We are after a few feeds now and i can see drastic improvement. All the coaches at the gym are of high level and give clear instructions making it very beginner friendly. Not only this but all the members are friendly and really approachable. “This is a fantastic rehabilitation centre! It has everything you need all under one roof for every part of your rehabilitation and onwards. It is fully accessible for all disabilities. I can't rate this place highly enough for everything they do. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. It has a WRVS cafe which is open until 2pm each day. Free Wifi Offer transport services for appointments. Which you do need to book in advance. This centre offers: Specialist Rehabilitation Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Prosthetists, Orthotists Postual Care Specialists and Counselling. Physiotherapy Gym, Wheelchair services, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics & Orthotics - casting and fitting rooms for both children and adults, Rehabilitation Counselling. The Manchester Prosthetic User Association and Manchester Wheelchair User Group are based here to offer Peer to Peer support to the centre's users. It also has a great resource area with lots of information and event details from numerous charities - Wheel Power, Limbless Association, Limb Power, Blesma, Reach, MacMillan Cancer Support, ManFit, Age UK, LimbCare and many more. The Ability Matters Store is here too, which stocks disability aids and equipment. The lovely staff can help you find exactly what you need to make your daily routine easier. Plus plenty of accessible car-parking.”

“I stopped here for a night before my flight the next day. During Covid times they allowed me to check in at 8am which was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfy, not what you normally expect from an Airport hotel. You were always greeted with a smile (I think?) under the masks and anything I ordered to the room was prompt. I think the Manager was Matt and his team were fantastic and went above and beyond for me. Thanks to the young lad who drove me to the airport too!
