“Fantastic service all round. if you don't want to wait a minimum 3 months for a new sofa then this is the place to go. The showroom is stocked with a wide variety of sofas for the picking. Once you decide which one to buy they wrap it off the shop floor straight away and sort out a delivery date quickly and delivery is free too. They are competitively priced but bare in mind these are ex-display/returns/slight defects but looked new to me. The delivery was great too. The driver texted me 3hrs before and called 30mins before arrival. Well deserved 5*. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again.”

“Great Customer Service from Adrianne the Store Manager last night. Ordered a Watch online, unfortunately it was delivered not working. Dissapointed, I contacted customer services via email who responded promptly. Rather than post it back I decided to go to my nearest store at Trafford Centre. Adrianne was very attentive and gave me a number of options. Rather than have the watch sent off and wait, as it was the last one within the group of an outgoing model, or have a full refund. I decided to go for the later version of the watch which she offered me a favourable deal on, in way of apology. I left the store impressed and one happy customer. I appreciate things can go wrong but its how a company deals with these hiccups that really makes a difference. Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank you Adrianne”

Their needs to be more shop assistants like this who even when short staffed or under pressure still presents with a smile and more than happy to help even when run off their feet. “Upon arrival we were greeted by two lady’s who made me feel very welcome and valued, we were offered drinks and taken to the table where James met us along with Tatiana, they were very professional but had the perfect balance in engagement with ourselves which is what I look for, although we are ultimately there to buy a watch it’s also important to build a friendship and be able to speak about things other than the sale and we did this excellently. Overall it’s been my best experience buying a watch and I am hopeful to return in the near future.”

“Beverley was absolutely wonderful to deal with. No pressure to buy at all, lots of knowledge from both Beverley and other staff in the store. Made to feel really welcome and offered drinks whilst trying on watches. Collected the watch from Robert yesterday and he was equally wonderful. Again, offered drinks on arrival, talked through the warranty and other options, he set the watch up for us and made sure we were happy before we left. A nice touch was that they made an effort to interact with me too, rather than just my partner who was the one buying. Really pleasant experience and will definitely be returning in the future.”
