“It was my first visit to Door 34. Inside downstairs is quite compact, and was full when I visited last week. But there are a couple of rooms upstairs, and that is where I went. I ordered when I went in, a Cappuccino and Banana cake. As I said they were quite busy, and my order took around 25 minutes to arrive, but worth waiting for. The large Cappuccino was one of the best I have had, and the cake very nice. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed the experience in nice clean surroundings. I will definitely go again.”

“Awesome little shop with great selection of beer and wine. Always receive a warm welcome and the coffee is gorgeous. Slowly building a stock of other items like gifts, most of which are very local which is fab. Love local supporting local. Also the pies and brownies are to die for. Beware, you will not shift the lockdown weight!!”

“Tiny local cafe, with quirky menu, run by mother & son team with the Best chai around. Pancakes with pretty much anything you want on them, some homemade tray bakes, and the usual breakfast fare. Plain surroundings and no frills, but cheap and friendly.”

“Really charming little cafe. We were in Manchester for an event and stopped in here as somewhere local to where we were staying. “Manchester on a Sunday Morning for Bruch was a lot busier than we thought. Luckily we got a table at Idle Hands. I'm super glad we did. Lovely atmosphere. We ordered and shared: Meaty Hash Brown Stack and Divorced Eggs. Both tasted fantastic. Food came quickly and was presented like a work of art. It was so good, I really can't recommend it enough. I ordered one of their famous pies and can tell why. I got the Banana Milk Pie and it was so light and creamy. Top marks.”

“What a cool place. Can imagine it's really busy at the weekend. Visited late on a week day and the staff were lovely. Such great cakes and bakes too offer. My hubby was really interested in the IPA on offer, can't beat a craft beer when out. Straight from the keg too. Will certainly be back for more”

“Gorgeous place to get a coffe in Manchester. The vibes inside this cafe are amazing and it is very relaxing. Music choice is really good and the sitting area is very cool as well. I am a coffee lover and I'm usually drinking double espresso and here is absolutely terrific, so flavoured and tasted,way above the multitude of cafes around the town center area . Pastries and sandwiches are very fresh and a full vegan selection is available. Last but not least, the staff. People that work here are so nice and gentle that is kinda go and have a coffee with your friend, especially if you meet Paula,Charley and the rest of the team!these guys are just amazing! Definitely a place to spend a very peaceful afternoon.”
