“Lovely stay at this gorgeous flat Me and my friends stayed there for nearly 3 weeks, the flat is very clean and tidy , with beautiful furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Great views and all the shops were nearby Tesco extra is a 4 min walk from the building . We were delighted to stay there, I would highly recommend this place especially to those attending Samson’s course as its just next to the academy. The host “Abu kar” was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and available to help with anything.”

“Best kebab I ve had in my life. The size of it could feed 3 of us. I specifically asked to have my nan well done and it arrived just perfect! Quality of the meet was so great that it melted in my mouth. So fresh and thin cut. They couldn’t do more. Defiantly my fave take away place so far. Ps. The driver was so polite and even came back to let me know I ve given too much money where really it was his tip. It just shows how honest and profecional they are. Fantastic services!”

The landlords and their team have been excellent, professional, and always promptly dealt with maintenance issues. The house itself is cleaned twice a month; and with all bills and utilities included, renting has been a hassle-free experience. This was the first room I took after moving to Manchester as a medical student and I've stayed here since. Whilst I initially had reservations about entering a houseshare for the first time, these were placed immediately at ease after I met them and viewed the property. “This was such a great choice. Excellent location with fine eateries next door. You would be mad not to stay here as it represents the cutting edge of value for money. Extremely quiet and excellent reception they even took our bags up to the room. We met some lovely people here who were extremely friendly. Very warm and cosy cannot wait to come back, easily the best hotel I have stayed at.”

“Order a take-out as its close to mine . Food piping hot even when I've walked 10 mins back to my place. Love the chicken tikka Korma there , one of the best Indian kormas I've had . Had a takeout a few times and always lovely food. Service with a smile , friendly definitely will be regular now .”
