I visited the store with my children who were just sitting on a sofa while I and my wife were trying to find a suitable 3 and 2 seater sofas. A member of staff came to me saying we have a CCTV camera so make sure children do not touch any show pieces as they are over 1k. Given the fact that the store didn’t display a sign that children must be supervised. In fact my children were just sitting on a sofa because I told them that we are looking to purchase a sofa. I found this absolutely rude, insulting and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.”
