“We were in the area and booked last minute for Sunday lunch. We were recieved with a warm welcome, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The Sunday menu has a fabulous options from a variety cuisines. The food was excellent, a 10/10 per course. I will definitely return. Thank you.”

“This place is THE go to place for great food. Staff are superb and really pleasant. The kebabs are the best around without a doubt. The fish is battered and cooked just right. Overall it is a knock out take away. Highly recommend it.”

“Popped in to use the bar as we were waiting for teens to finish a birthday meal across the road. There was nowhere open to grab a coffee at 6.30pm on a snowy December eve. Although we were not dining in we were welcomed as any guest and the service was excellent even if it was for only 2 coffees and a beer. We are looking forward to coming back for a meal soon. “This location has two Hyatt's the Hyatt House & Hyatt Regency. Offers free breakfast, the Laureate restaurant is excellent! The rooms are beautiful and large. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast part of the Hyatt House room 1316. The rooms were up to date and very clean.”

“Vibrant area with plenty of restaurants. Arndale centre towers adjacent to the corn exchange which does not have a dedicated car park. Parking can be a nightmare for first timers. The adjacent shopping malls offer paid parking at a premium so allow some time to navigate the maze of road works, one way streets and the short walk to your destination.”

“I have stayed in numerous hotels in Manchester however this is has got to be the best one I have stayed at so far! I recently stayed here for my friends birthday, the Guest Relations Manager was super accommodating and helped me setup my room for my friends birthday. She even kindly left a birthday card and small cake for my friend, thank you Viktorija. Exceptional 5 star service from all staff right from checking in right up until checking out and leaving the hotel. This was definitely a 5 star experience for myself and the welcome received from all staff was amazing. We had a small issue where our heating in the room was not working however the hotel accommodated promptly with a portable heater. Spa was also so beautiful and the overall look of the hotel is so aesthetically pleasing! 100% recommend this hotel, I don’t think I will book anywhere else now, it’s going to be my go to 5 star hotel. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to all staff at The Edwardian this hotel is beautiful!!!!”

“As an asthmatic and someone who suffers from mild claustrophobia, it’s really important to be able to open the window of hotel rooms that I stay in. This is proving more and more difficult these days as so many hotels have no regard for guests basic need for fresh air. I was delighted that you can open the window in my room at this hotel. In Manchester for a conference, it is even more important to have fresh air when you’ve been inside all day. The rooms were bright, clean and spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time - high, supportive and the right balance of firm and soft. 24 hour room service and a good choice of items at breakfast. I’ll definitely be staying again.,”

“Its like a big white container sitting on top of the NCP multi story parking...but the oddities stop here. The hotel is amazing, new rooms, clean and quite. The self check-in was great. The parking is ample and located on the 8th floor. Very clean and safe. The hotel stay enables you to get a 24 hr parking for flat rate of 10. The location is very central to the universities.”

“Reading the other recent reviews here, I can understand the general comments. We waited about 20 minutes for our drinks, but nothing else went wrong at all. The food we ate was first class, we all finished the lot! We were served by a man with glasses called Will. He literally didn't stop in the 2 hours we were there. He was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He clearly understands his job role. Unfortunately the other staff members didn't seem as switched on. In my opinion of course. So for Will's first class service, as well as the exceptional food, 5 stars. We just hope it isn't Will's day off when we return!”

Good reasonably priced food and drink options, live entertainment on some Friday nights, open mike night Thursdays and fantastic Sunday roast dinner options with acoustic singer too. Alternatively you could call in fir a coffee and cake(s). Highly recommended.”

“We went for the Sunday roast of a whole chicken with a platter of sharing vegetables. The gravy was the highlight, rich with a mild spicy flavour. This is such great value and with an Indian twist on a classic English roast, can't wait to eat it again!”

The team catered for over 360 people on the night and we are pleased to say that the feedback from our members was extremely complimentary. “With so many pubs going under, a very refreshing change to see a pub modernised & given a fantastic makeover, add to that an amazing cask & keg beer choice, as well as a well stocked bar ( A great offer when we visited at lunchtime was a £2.00 a pint cask beer) Great friendly staff ( avoided the photo) Well worth finding & give them some custom!”
