“I'm currently on the 100 hour TIY training. It's a very intense, in-depth course and very well thought through. The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. Thanks to all teachers for a very valuable course and their compassion and support throughout the course. I will take what I've learned not just into my TIY sessions but all my modalities. I can highly recommend this course.”

I got wonderful advice and treatment from Jayme and his team and now I have a smile to be very proud of and often get compliments about my teeth . “Went to the Allergy testing with my little girl and the staff there were fantastic - Everyone we spoke to from receptions down stairs to nurses upstairs were super helpful, very chatty with little one too. Cant praise the Nurses and Doctor enough when taking us threw to get weighed and to do the test and they were all great. Covid - measure in place the building was clean and tidy everyone had masks including staff and use of sanatising products threw out :)”
