This place has been a lifeline, and everyone who works here is a legend! I went up to the counter and said "I think I'm in dire need of help" and lo and behold, they got me everything I needed and then some. All the staff are really nice, they know their stuff, and they have anything you could possibly need. The animals all seem super happy and well looked after. “Saved my cat's life when he had a very complex operation for a larynx carcinoma cancer. Despite a terminal diagnosis my cat, Whisk is alive and well and is doing great, with no recurrence of the symptoms 18 months later. These vets are dedicated, humane, professional and compassionate and they are doing god's work. I got regular phone calls, updates and constant reassurances and my cat adored the staff here. “Brilliant place to visit. Well stocked and plenty to choose from. We went for a lamp for our tortoise table and the staff were really helpful and knew exactly what we needed. Also helped us with a new substrate and a thermometer. There was plenty of parking too so it was easy to load the car. I can recommend Swell reptiles and will definitely be going again.”
