“I went to Screw fix today 19/10/2019 to purchase a plumbing part. I took my old part to ensure I purchased the correct size. I spoke to a man in the store and he looked in the brochure to see the stock. He went in to the stock area for the part but it didn’t fit, he noted another one in the book and got a member of staff to get. Again it wasn’t the right fit. Even though I didn’t get what I wanted on this occasion the service was great, really helpful, friendly and professional. I would certainly return to the store in the future.
