"We would defo shop here again. We bought interior floor leveller. Thd 2 men brought it out and put it in our car. Unfortunatley we had to take it back as we needed exterior. They gladly exchanged it and carried the new bags to our car. Very polite and extreemly helpful."

"I went to Screw fix today 19/10/2019 to purchase a plumbing part. I took my old part to ensure I purchased the correct size. I spoke to a man in the store and he looked in the brochure to see the stock. He went in to the stock area for the part but it didn’t fit, he noted another one in the book and got a member of staff to get. Again it wasn’t the right fit. Even though I didn’t get what I wanted on this occasion the service was great, really helpful, friendly and professional. I would certainly return to the store in the future. It’s always lovely to give a positive review. Well done."
