Nails done by Somy (removal of existing gel nails) and the owner Tara painted my nails beautifully. Lovely ladies working here. They are all delightful. Very kind and friendly. Had a fabulous cup of tea and chocolates. I definitely recommend and will use this salon again.”

“The best Costa Coffee so far-for bring you attention what the sets apart this branch from others is fact that-the staff there are extremely helpful have knack of 'reading between the lines'. What impresses me the most? There is lady who is name is Gina originally from Italy-her way of running this site is stunning-she's a little bossy but all in all her skills would impress many particularly younger ones who have no clue how to serve customers at least at the beginning their early career. Her voice is so definitive and well heard . There's no question if you have some time to spend with your friends etc,do not hesitate visit there believe me or not you wouldn't regret it. “This costa coffee is situated off a busy main road. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also a drive through which is convenient. Visited 10:30 on a Monday and no que for either drive through or in store. Staff relatively friendly. Guy on the till could have been more welcoming but he processed the order quickly so no issues. Coffee and food ordered was nice”

They were so great at dealing with the problem - sending a replacement before it was confirmed missing by the courier just so I didn’t have to wait too long. “John Lewis always seems to have great quality clothing and brands. We tend to shop online and opt for delivery, but when this option doesn't work for us, we will order for delivery to store. Great easy access spaces available right outside the separate enterance for collections only... Making it perfect for just nipping in and straight back out again, whilst missing all the husstle and bustle of the Trafford Centre. Staff seem very polite amd parcels arr licated rapidly. The store itself is vast.”

“We attended this cafe nero on a Saturday mid afternoon, so it was getting quite busy as everyone turned up for caffeine to fix their afternoon lull. Love a good nero, the coffee always tastes great. The staff are always friendly. Although it was really busy the staff were efficient, and happy. We even had a chat and a joke with them at the till. As I work in retail myself it can be very hard and sap your energy when it is busy and can be difficult at times to remain upbeat as you start to tire. We sat in, and the staff didn't stop the whole time we were there, the queue was just constant, so well done to them for working so hard. I don't think retail workers get enough credit for working like machines, however customers are quick to point out when there is an issue!”

“I love this store its my favourite of all the stores in my local area and visit quite often. The staff need praising for all their hard work. They are always welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they always check if everything is OK and do you need anything else but never pushy. I love a nice toasted teacake with an americano.
