Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. A trip was very necessary and I bought an amazing kimono and matching head scarf! The girl in the shop was right though, I do feel like I need a sweeping staircase to walk down in it!
