“I had the pleasure of visiting this store on Monday, let's just say it did not disappoint what do ever. I travelled from Exeter with my wife just to be able to go to this 1 shop in Manchester. From the minute we entered the shop, nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help us. They quickly informed us that if we couldn't the size we required on the rail, they had plenty more sizes in the stock room and would fetch anything up if we needed them too. Needless to say i bought some items that day and even went back on Tuesday morning to purchase a couple more bits.”

“I was a bit nervous going in having never bought anything from this store before but the staff were so friendly and approachable. I advised I had seen a dress online, it was in two colors and they only had one of them in so the manager advised I try that one on and a couple of others for sizing - they gave me a pair of heels to try on with and the female staff were really helpful advising which they preferred. I ended up ordering the dress with them in store and got 10% off with free delivery. Such a good service - thank you!”

“The 5 stars are for the shoes and young man who served us, not the whole experience. I took my grandson for his 1st pair of shoes. The member of staff who actually served us was great. He was patient, helpful, and didn't seem to get stressed when baby didn't want to have his feet measured, he couldn't have been any better, just a very nice young man, along with another male member of staff who offered extra help. I had a bit of trouble getting out of the shop. They had a barrier and a lady manning it. For some reason she mustn't have been able to see two adults with a pram waiting to get past her in her peripheral vision, another member of staff shouted her to get her attention, she then moved to the side but didn't move the barrier, when I mentioned I wouldn't be able to get the pram out she moved it a little to give us the smallest space to get out.(I work in retail so I'm always polite to staff as I know how hard it can be when dealing with customers. For some reason she wasn't being helpful at all.) Apart from that, we were very pleased with the service from the 2 young men who served us and the shoes.”

“This brand new location is the largest COS store in the UK, according to retail staff. And it really is beautiful and pristine, with lots of natural light! The store design is pretty minimal, yet practical (most sizes displayed to pick from). Also there are comfortable seating areas located throughout the space, which make it cosy enough for when you’re waiting for someone in the fitting room. The fitting cabins are bright and roomy - and if you dare to come out there is a huge mirror that really helps in making your final decision. To end, the retail staff is lovely and welcoming, one can tell that they are proud and happy to work there. Enjoy!”

“Came in for front and rear bulb replacement, the young man who changed and fitted the bulbs I think his name was Josh, his name certainly began with a J was efficient, knowledgeable and a credit to Halfords. He explained that he had been doing this job for less than a year which surprised me as he was extremely competent. Thank you and great work.”

She was so kind caring and patient, measured his feet without too much fuss, and even managed to get him giggling and skipping with excitement with his new shoes. She had so much time for him, even letting him scan his own shoes on the way out, and checking that his current shoes fit ok. “Too quality experience here. Booked a gait analysis a few hours prior (same day) and turned up to find everything set up and ready and one staff member dedicated to helping me out. The staff couldn't do enough for me - plenty of advice given and questions asked to make sure I was getting the right type of shoe. Eventually came out with a perfect pair of trainers which were price-matched by them from another company but retaining the same warranty from RN. Would highly highly recommend to buy new running trainers at a competitive price but with a tailored and brilliant service.”
