“We had our first clean today from Bright and Beautiful and all I can say is Wow! Excellent service, the staff were great and the house looked exceptional… even my teenage step daughter walked in the house and commented on how great it looked (and she never takes notice of anything!) I was really impressed with the extra care and details which were taken during the clean; the cushions on the sofa were arranged nicely, the toilet paper corners folded, kids clothes folded on their beds- just fantastic! So pleased I’ve got these guys coming to clean our home every 2 weeks! Thank you Bright and Beautiful Stockport!”

“I've not been a fan of dentists for many years, however, the dentist Babis has single-handedly changed this view. He's absolutely brilliant. Incredibly calming, keeps you informed of progress (IF you want to know what is going on). Highly professional, and a prime example of a person who is without any doubt doing the job that he was born to do. Just had 2 teeth extracted, without even any discomfort never mind pain. The whole job was done really fast (But without any sense of rushing). Absolutely brilliant. Only giving 5 stars because I can't give six. Many thanks!!”

“Bit late as it was a couple of yrs ago after being butchered by my own dentist. Tried googling as I’ve got the same problem again. (What happened last time - I needed a tooth extraction and due to past experience the dentist I had before always dressed any extractions due to my blood not clotting well. She told me to tell any other dentists in the future so when she left & a new lady started & I needed another extraction I told her n she accused me of trying to tell her how to do her job! She didn’t dress it. Within an hour of leaving I was back in the chair n she put more pain injections to the point my mouth was that swollen my I could hardly breathe. She stocked me up then she left her shift. I was in agony all night! Next day I got an emergency appointment here as mine was closed. The lady here that treated was going mad at the state of me. She cleaned me up, DRESSED the area and within mins the pain started getting better! Never seen the new one from my own dentist again (think she was sacked) - ffward to today. Had another extraction on thurs by new male, I am in a lot of pain, huge lump on side of my face. Took over 18hrs for bleeding to stop despite him putting some type of brown fibre stuff inside. He split my gums a few mm in 5 places & split my lip during extraction. (I’ve had 7 pulled up to now due to complications with health n no fault of my own) so I’m gunna ring these on Monday n hopefully they will look after me as good as last time. (The woman who helped last time was romanian and was absolutely LOVELY with me & very very gentle x”

“After overcoming my fear, I met with the hygienist Becky today and as soon as I came in I was made to feel incredibly comfortable. I can’t thank the staff at Bramcote enough for making my experience a positive one. Very impressed with the clean and polish I received and I was given tons of information about the procedure itself and how to prevent build up on my teeth again. “This is in my opinion the Best Dental Practice around. Yes it's a business, but that is medicine and dental care , but set that aside and what you have here is a trustworthy experience . Veenu is the main dentist and he has such a great demeanour and skill. He is well assisted by the second dentist , in this case Anchal. I feel in safe hands that when having a hygienist visit that Anchal has the skill of a qualified Dentist, along with the care and compassion that runs throughout the team. I have never been a fan of the dentist but here it is like returning to a friend who is ready to help you with kindness and compassion Thank you one and all”

“What an amazing experience. I've never been to a private dentist before but couldnt reach my NHS dental practice to help with a broken crown/bridge right before Christmas so I called the Bramhall Smile Clinic emergency number. Well what wonderful staff from the receptionist to the dentist and assistant. They put me at ease and assured me that they could help and help they did ! I'm going back to see them in January to get my teeth properly sorted out as I've had a lot of "patching up" done in the past. I was expecting a hefty bill but it was surprisingly reasonable and I'm so impressed I'm going to transfer to the practice.”

“I was nervous about taking my pup to the groomers as I didn't want anything too short. Abi listened exactly to what I wanted and it was perfect. It was also my pups first time to the groomers and being alone somewhere he didn't know and she made him feel very welcome. He seemed very happy when I picked him up. Definitely would recommend.”

“I am in awe of the amount of effort Chris put in today for the very reasonable price he charged. He was here nearly all day and has done exactly what he said he was going to do. He cleaned two small roofs which badly needed doing , all the gutters and all the York stone in the back garden. He has done an outstanding job and I would thoroughly recommend him. My only concern is that he will become so popular I might not be able to book him for next year so I am going to do that now! What a worker. Well done Chris and thank you for your efforts. “Visited Natalie, the hygiene therapist twice now. She measured my gum pocket sizes and compared them with the previous measurements to highlight areas which had improved. She showed me how to use the electric toothbrush more professionally and the gum areas I needed to concentrate on with my toothbrush and tepe brushes. Then she cleaned them. Fantastic service. Far superior to any hygienist visit I had experienced at three other dental practices. Before visiting Natalie, I saw Dr Khurrum who likewise gave excellent advice on how to look after my gums and how to use tepe brushes properly. A first rate dental experience at Holly House.”

“Treatment: Invisalign, top and bottom and whitening I work abroad a lot and wanted to get my teeth straightened for a long time, but could never commit to dentist visits. My wife was already a patient and had her teeth straightened at HMOC, and had nothing but praise they did a fantastic job with her treatment, so after seeing Invisalign, I decided to try and see if this was possible for me and if would it be possible with rotational work. The first visit, was amazing, the entire HMOC team made me feel welcome, Dr Bhatti, is such a professional and explained everything to me, I explained my working situation and he assured me it was possible and the entire process, there was no pressure to take the treatment or sales pitch, all the options were explained in detail and I could (without any pressure) decided if I wanted to proceed, wait or leave, from when my wife had her treatment and the appointment, I wanted to proceed. From the very beginning, HMOC gave me all the support I needed, I had a flight to catch for work, leaving for 4 weeks, Dr Bhatti made sure I get an appointment (within a day’s notice) to start the treatment before I flew, to have all the scans, photos, and explained that I needed a tooth removing as this would be a better alternative than trying to align the bottom teeth, as I would have had an odd number between the bottom and top. I left for Kazakhstan, and then the worst thing happened …… COVID started, I was evacuated back to the UK, my normal dentist was only doing emergency appointments, and I still had to get a tooth removed to proceed with my alignment treatments. I had a letter from Dr Bhatti from my normal dentist explaining that I needed the tooth removed and with this letter I managed to get an emergency appointment and have the tooth removed, my treatment could now proceed. My next problem, was from working 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, due to COVID this would be 8 weeks on, 8 weeks off, so Dr Bhatti explained that I could use the Invisalign remove scanning device and app, which would monitor my treatment and keeping everything all on track and when to change the brace (as it is not like on the adverts for “other” braces, it needs professional monitoring, and not just ‘change weekly’) – I was away and was given support, advise and on all my treatment So I was going to Kazakhstan for 8 weeks, I had several packets of braces and the monitoring tool, but due to COVID, I was stuck in Kazakhstan for 8 months, I was running out of braces, and I thought I would have a problem and have to wear the last set of braced for 2 months before I would get back to the UK, but again HMOC supported me, they posted more braces (as no cost to myself) to a colleague who was flying to Kazakhstan, to bring more braces, HMOC even personally delivered braces to my home when I returned from Kazakhstan. Nothing was too much trouble, HMOC was always there when I needed support, had a question and would always find a solution when I needed them. HMOC always went above and beyond, I was fully supported, was able to get appointments a very short notice, and the treatment was fantastic, I am overwhelmed with my teeth, I went from somebody who never showed my teeth, to a different person now I was that happy with HMOC, my son has now started treatment at HMOC! I wish I could give more than 5 stars...”
