Julian Leiner-Parry put me at my ease straight away and he went to great lengths to preserve the tooth, after I had been told at another practice that it would have to come out. “Visited Natalie, the hygiene therapist twice now. She measured my gum pocket sizes and compared them with the previous measurements to highlight areas which had improved. She showed me how to use the electric toothbrush more professionally and the gum areas I needed to concentrate on with my toothbrush and tepe brushes. Then she cleaned them. Fantastic service. Far superior to any hygienist visit I had experienced at three other dental practices. Before visiting Natalie, I saw Dr Khurrum who likewise gave excellent advice on how to look after my gums and how to use tepe brushes properly. A first rate dental experience at Holly House.”

Today I saw Qasim. He could see how nervous I was and really was fantastic! Unfortunately I couldn’t have the X-rays due to my anxiety but not once did he pressurise me. The patience he had was amazing. Couldn’t meet a nicer bloke! All a credit to the practice.”

However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. I honestly couldn't recommend Superior Smiles more. Such a genuinely caring, attentive and amazingly friendly team! “It's not a huge place but they do have some fantastic tattooists & that's the main reason why you go here as it's clean and you get a really good tattoo done. Olivia is very good, she talks through everything you want & will suggest ideas prior to working on you. Rates are comparable with other shops so they are fair. Parking is the only issue coming here as there is no outside parking so you have to use a multi storey up the road.”
