“Top staff a true gent working there yesterday shown me how to use app ! Told me about the new Brazilian coffee so happy to buy it amazing flavour one of the best coffees you have ever sold ! I bought a chocolate muffin which could be bigger ! Pet hates moving dirty coffee cups my self off the table ! Some of the leather chairs need fixing ripped ! But all in all I loved my experience!”

Great selection of food and drinks. The accommodation prices are also hard to beat. Well done to the team at The Black Swan.”

“We had a great time today (11th Feb 2023) for my daughter's 6th Birthday. The children liked the play centre, the quads, and the food. It was clean, busy but not crowded. I liked that there was an area reserved for parents as well as the party room. The party was well-managed and the host was informative. We also hired Funky Faces Manchester face painter, who was excellent, and it was good of the venue to let us do that. They were good with getting health and safety information such as ingredients and allergens of the cake we brought, and insurance details of the face painter. Everyone had a lovely time and we would definitely recommend it. Thank you!”

“I have used kids klub for a long time now. My children both enjoy it and are always busy creating one adventure or another. I on the other hand love sitting watching whilst drinking a great cup of coffee and enjoying a delicious snack. Their food is brilliant!!!! Both my children have their parties there which are reasonably priced and the kids love them and I have already booked parties for this year. All in all a fabulous place for me and my kids”

“Love the entertainer, great value and lots of choice! Staff are always very happy and helpful! Store isn't too big either so you get alot of choice without having to spend a day searching. I love the prices, not over priced like poor "toys r us" or "smyths" my go to toystore”

“Took my 7 year old to run about after school and 8 month old baby. They had a ball of a time, baby & toddler area for my little one which she loved. Jen, the staff member, was brilliant, made sure everyone was having a fun time and doing glitter tattoos inbetween for Macmillan cancer support. Very interactive with children and adults. Well done Jen, you're a great team member for Greene King!”

“Order the car seat on pre-order and it came even quicker than the preview said it would. Which was a lovely surprise! The pattern is beautiful and it looks so soft and comfy. The 360/rotation feature is easy to use and works really well. The car seat was really easy to install and it looks sturdy and reliable. Definitely recommend!!”

“I had my daughters 4th birthday party here & when I say they went above and beyond, it was really special! I had booked the whole place out & the females who were working were amazing!! Helped me with all the decoration, setting the tables up, welcoming the guests, helping the children, setting up the children’s tables/parties. I had also ordered catering food for the adults, and the staff here has set it all up for me & made sure everything was perfect the whole way through the evening. I would definitely recommend Jungle J’s for parties, my daughter had the best time ever & all our guests had such a lovely time. Thank you so so much !!!”

“Store is always well stocked and it’s convenient with friendly staff. Personally I will never order from the cafe again, I found the tables and floors to be very dirty, the day I went it would definitely not pass food hygiene standards, the management really need to look at this, I’m not the first to mention it check out the reviews for the cafe, it’s a real shame as the store over all is lovely and this cafe is letting it down!!!”

“My boyfriend has ordered at this place twice he puts the order in his name which is hanif. The pizzas are the best by far better than pizza hut and dominos. Really good portions really good prices delicious food. Also delivery guy is really happy and friendly would recommend this place that's why I give it 5 star.”

“So I ordered an Avengers messanger bag for my nephew as he loves superheros I looked on Google and this site came up first the price was shown at £7.95 but when I clicked on it on the site it came up at £9.95 no worries I liked the product maybe I had read it wrong so I ordered and the next day I got a lovely email from customer services telling me that the price had not been updated on the website and that they had been running a 20% off campaign and had noticed I had not used that either so they had refunded me the difference on everthing WOW what an honest company and a pleasure to deal with i look forward to my next order from you .”
