One thing, communication is key and i cannot say one time I have not been able to get hold of one of my solicitors. If they haven’t known the answer to my question they would explain, find out and always call back. Never once been fobbed off. They have been amazing!! Faruk has been my solicitor since the first day, then Nick Berry came onboard. These two have been such a huge help! "One of the worst law firms I have ever dealt with, I know other law firms are slow but this one takes the lead in ignoring your calls, messages and emails. Absolutely careless attitude. I wish I could give minus stars! Extremely rude staff specially one called Aktar. So unhelpful and have dragged my transaction for almost 5 months and still no progress!!!! Such a waste of time. Stay away at all costs. Honest opinion"
