“What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. “I've been looking for a fully waterproof full length coat for a while and came across the Baleno Kensington which seemed to tick all the boxes. I also ordered a Jack Murphy Erin as a comparison but returned that due to it being less generous in sizing albeit ordering the same size. I'm generally a size 16, 36DD bust and approx 5ft 8 tall. I found this coat in a country store after searching for a while so was happy to try on before purchasing from Hollands country clothing for £30 less. I'm glad I was able to try it before purchasing online as I went for the size 14. The 16 was too big and less shapely on me. This is why I say it's generous in sizing. I chose the brown colour as I felt it was more dirt savvy than the camel which is a lovely colour but not practical for muddy dog walks. I don't have a dog but you do get the occasional dog who wants to jump up and greet you with it's muddy paws. Anyway The Kensington.. This coat is fabulous. It's stylish, comfortable and practical. Even going down a size I am able to wear a lightweight puffer coat under it for extra warmth. The length is below the calf which is what I wanted so water does not drip in to my boots. The sleeves are a good length too and they can be adjusted to be tighter. On windy days I could not feel any drafts. My only criticism of this coat is that the pockets could be a little lower and slightly deeper maybe with a bit of fleece lining for warming hands. I'm so please I have found this coat after purchasing many others in the past that have let water in. Buy one you won't be disappointed .”

“My husband and I drove for 4 hours to try out Loaf sofas and it was very worthwhile journey. The staff immediately offered us a welcome bottle of chilled water, they let us browse but were attentive when we had questions, they were very generous with their time but with absolutely no hard sell and they were very knowledgeable about the products. We returned home very content with the sofa, armchair and chaise we have chosen and we look forward to seeing them in our new home. Walked out 2.5hrs later after ordering three outfits and your service was undoubtedly first class! My appointment was an hour long and when customers started coming in and the shop was busy I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. I ordered outfits for my sils wedding 8 years ago when you were working from home and it's lovely to see your business grow whilst still holding the same values and having customer satisfaction at the forefront. Beans not exactly to my liking, neither the method of serving tea, but for most people they would probably be OK. Excellent service by a happy, cheerful and well organized waitress. “I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”
