"Had builder gel with tips and was pleased, returned for an infill and was not happy with the service I got I was told it was not necessary to use the coloured builder gel for the infill and to choose a coloured gel , my nails had dips at the cuticle area and bumps in various places on the nail. now most of the tips have fallen off due to them not being balanced and secured with the infill, will not return again and advise ppl not to go here."

"Booked in well in advance for a Friday appointment for hair and nails. Got a call from them on the appointment day 4 hrs before my appointment telling me they were cancelling. As you can imagine this has inconvenienced me as I took time of work snd I am unsure if I can get an appointment no before Saturday. No apology or effort to try an solve this - I asked could someone else not do it to which we are fully booked / shambles no customer experience or hint of putting customer first and trying to make things right / awful, disorganised with no contingency plans"

"I visited hear today as i couldnt get to my usawal place to get my eyebrows done . Were i pay £6.50! The girls are lovely but the treatment i got lasted 10 15 mins max for my eyebrows and upperlip . My eyebrows dont look any difference and she took pieces out of my eyebrow ! I asked can you see the shape she said yes o honestly thought she was gona shape my eyebrows and get rid of the growth but instead i come away with 2 cuts and no shape piece missing in the middle of my left eyebrow . at the end i send their still bits are you gona tweece the rest she said yes i honestly felt the tweezers one on me other eyebrow for maybe 2 pieces of hair . Same with my uoper lip still hair on it i even asked can you see any hair she said no . Now gina have to find someone that can come fix my eyebrows more money as i have paid £16 pounds for this treatment!"
