“I was a bit nervous going in having never bought anything from this store before but the staff were so friendly and approachable. I advised I had seen a dress online, it was in two colors and they only had one of them in so the manager advised I try that one on and a couple of others for sizing - they gave me a pair of heels to try on with and the female staff were really helpful advising which they preferred. I ended up ordering the dress with them in store and got 10% off with free delivery. Such a good service - thank you!”

“We came into Levi's on Saturday 12th November 2022 to get some new jeans for my girlfriend. We were served by Maia, who was superb and personable in her service. My girlfriend was a bit nervous about sizes not fitting her as she's struggled in the past finding jeans that feel comfortable. Maia went above and beyond to make her feel at ease, took her time helping us with sizes and colours. Thank you so much Maia (and your lovely colleague who we didn't get the name of!) “Been to this kiosk about three times and each time the staff have been very helpful. David is brilliant and I think there is another advisor called Tom or John? On my first visit I had a thorough explanation how to use the product and there is a great selection of liquids in many flavours and strengths. I had to visit a second time as my vape had a faulty battery but it was no trouble and David replaced it without any fuss. My third visit was to purchase the newest vape which was a brilliant experience and really set apart from others with the offer to add a personalised design onto the vape. My son was with me and he also got one too and the new cbd liquid too.”

“After the poor experience from JD I went to Footasylum were i was greeted by staff. I chose the trainers that I wanted and a tall gentleman looked after me and was quick and efficient. Very good experience and my little girl got the trainers she wanted. There was a lady at the stairs who said good bye and have a nice day. I will be coming back. Thabkyou.”

“Great hotel. Reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean !! The bed was very comfy. Had a very good night sleep. The only downfall was breakfast. The queue was big and took a while to sit down. Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone as the rooms themselves compensate”

“Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was perfect. Well done manager and thank you for coming to my aid. Keep up the good work.”

“A lovely hotel that we visit often as it just 5 minutes from the Trafford Centre. Trams leave every 12 minutes into Manchester City Centre. The food next door at the Coach House Brewers fayre is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Plenty of car parking right outside the hotel”

“I tend to avoid (All you can eat) quantity over quality.. However we was in the Trafford centre yesterday & decided to try this place.. So pleased we did.. On arrival we was greeted with a smile & directed to our table, we asked to eat inside..we was asked if we had eaten there before, obviously we hadn't, we was informed how it worked where the meals was located & prices, someone quickly took our drinks order with polite friendly conversation albeit rushed off their feet. The food wow! Plenty to choose from if you have a good appetite you'll love it, there was so much I wanted to try after indulging in the seafood yellow curry (wow) beef with broccoli & the chicken with ginger, You've definitely changed my thoughts on buffet style eating. We will be returning, excellent food & attentive friendly staff..”

“Staff are very nice and patient. Stuff here has a nice selection of flavours, jellies and popping tapiocas. Flavour are very good and the tapiocas are nice and chewy. Being picky but just wish the coconut flavour was stronger. Tapiocas are hot so I recommended rotating it upside down repeatedly before inserting the straw to disperse the heat (if you had ice with it) if you want it more cooler. Overrall it's great. Do come.”
