Drivers only suppose to help you if you ask them but thats mainly for venerable people as well again only if you ask them for help but most of the drivers still offer to help if they see you with luggage BUT THIS IS NOT A PART OF OUR JOB. And also if someone send a review that oh my dog wasn’t allowed again thats a driver choice that if they wants to allow the dog or not only guide dogs are allowed”
