“Just read a review of someone that their son had to do all the loading and unloading. Not working for this company but as a private hire driver i know that loading and unloading is not a part of our job. We get paid for point A to B. Drivers only suppose to help you if you ask them but thats mainly for venerable people as well again only if you ask them for help but most of the drivers still offer to help if they see you with luggage BUT THIS IS NOT A PART OF OUR JOB. You can also get this information if you call your council. And also if someone send a review that oh my dog wasn’t allowed again thats a driver choice that if they wants to allow the dog or not only guide dogs are allowed”

I also used them to take me to the airport in the wee small hours of the night and they were bang on time and even helped to load all my heavy cases on a trolley once at the airport.
