“Managed to get my seatbelt stuck the day before a long journey, and despite not having an appointment they were happy to have a look at it for me. Was obviously a busy day as there were a lot of cars there yet no complaints about looking at it. Fixed it in minutes whilst being super friendly. Everyone was really nice, including the dog in reception who came to say hello! Have used this garage for servicing and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else now.”

I had a challenging problem that other garages had simply wanted to take out and replace the turbo unit at over £1,000. Westfield identified the issue and fixed it, this saving me a fortune. I've since taken my car, and they've been honest and diligent with issues. I'll go back to Westfield every time now, it's so refreshing to find a garage that don't simply plug in diagnostics and replace parts. They've also taken on non mechanical jobs and enjoy a challenge... From welding a captains seat to installing a WiFi router and diesal heater. Highly recommended.”

“Went to Cheadle Kwikfit after being told by staff at the Stockport branch were fully booked and too busy to fit me in - even though it was before 4pm on a friday and there was only "1" car on the ramp, clearly NOT too busy or fully booked! Anyway, took a 10 minute drive to the Cheadle branch and was extremely impressed at how nice, polite, friendly and efficient the staff there was. A complete difference to Stockport. I went in and was greeted by a happy smiling face on the reception desk. The lady took my keys and my car had 3 brand new much needed tyres put on it and was done so quickly that i was driving home 20 minutes later! Needless to say Cheadle Kwikfit will be my 1st choice for new tyres or repairs next time! Thank you so much CHEADLE KWIKFIT - u really saved my bacon!!”

“Not used these lovely guys for a couple of years because I get a staff discount at Halfords Autocentres BUT I highly recommend Craven - I used them for years and they're always in my choice list if I don't use work's garage - I was once quoted over £2000 for a car repair and was told "You'll never get it through another MOT as it's engine's tired unless you pay minimum £2000" ....... I took it to Craven and they fixed it and MOTd it for £200! It then passed another 7 MOTS but they were totally honest with me when it really was time for the car to go when they could easily have fleeced me because they knew I loved my car. I actually feel guilty that I don't use them any more but with car repairs having a 25% at my own company's garages is a no-brainer but I still recommend Chris and the rest of the excellent staff at Craven to everyone ------- I do miss giving Squirrel the dog a cuddle too. In a nutshell - a good, honest, family run garage who have a fantastic local reputation for their work and their honesty.”

“Please ignore all negative reviews because Mr Javed and his team work very hard and always help. The place gets very busy so if you wait for the car to be fixed you could be waiting a while depending on what you need done. People want things done straight away so just bare with them. If you go to the main dealer or another garage you get charge £50 minimum just to look at the car. I have always used Mr Javed and always will. Cheers Lads Marco”
