Ended up hiring the roof box (£35) and BUYING the roof bars (£50 but there is an option to hire them for less) for less than it would cost to hire the lot elsewhere. Needed Saturday to Saturday but no extra charge for Friday to Monday hire.”

Martin and the lads resolved and fixed all the technical issues I had, some of which should have been done by Preston under warranty. While JLR Preston might look the part, they let me down more than once and I just want my car's faults fixed. There's not much these guys at Atherton don't know about Land Rovers, so after a number of always successful visits, I trust them to do the job properly. “Went to Cheadle Kwikfit after being told by staff at the Stockport branch were fully booked and too busy to fit me in - even though it was before 4pm on a friday and there was only "1" car on the ramp, clearly NOT too busy or fully booked! Anyway, took a 10 minute drive to the Cheadle branch and was extremely impressed at how nice, polite, friendly and efficient the staff there was. A complete difference to Stockport. I went in and was greeted by a happy smiling face on the reception desk. The lady took my keys and my car had 3 brand new much needed tyres put on it and was done so quickly that i was driving home 20 minutes later!
