“Having just bought a Bentley Continental I was keen to see what needed doing. Mitsiland were wonderful. They did a full service and identified a few issues. They then suggested what was needed now, and what, such as wheel refurbishment, could be done later. As the head lining was sagging they arranged for that to be fixed. A couple of highlights for me were 1. The rear window wasn’t working. Thy dentifrice a software fault, corrected it and now the windows are perfect 2. The tyre pressure sensor wasn’t working. They couldn’t get the part immediately so they replaced the part with their check sensor and all was working Throughout the work they kept me up to date. Since collecting the car 4 weeks ago it runs like a dream I will be using Mitsiland from now on. I would recommend them to everyone John”

“Had 4 brand new Pirelli P zero run flat tyres fitted on to my car by Quick Lane a couple of days ago had some insurance issues. Rang them up yesterday morning and spoke to a staff member there who put me through to a manager called Duncan, lovely gentleman easy to speak to. Explained the situation to him, he said he will look in to it and ring me back and when he did he asked no questions, no ifs and no buts. Just said I shall order 4 brand new Pirelli P Zeros the ones you would like as soon as I get off the phone and you can bring it in the morning and I’ll have it sorted for you. Went there this morning told me a ramp will be free in half an hour and will take a further hour to put them on. Came back after an hour after going to get some breakfast the car was done. Checked it over with me, thanked Duncan and off I went. Duncan managed the situation with the highest level of professionalism and he is a really nice guy. I will be going there again all because of the way I was treated, the service the whole team had provided and how the situation was dealt with.”
