"I was relying on them sorting my daughters car. Left it with them at 8:30, called them at 4:45 pm and it was clear no one had looked at it yet. Receptionist said they’d call me back in 30 minutes. I had to call back an hour later as still no one had contacted me and was told they’d ordered the part and it wouldn’t be there til Monday . If I’d known they couldn’t sort it out I would have gone somewhere else. Cocky and arrogant response when I complained about this. Unreliable and unhelpful"
