She's looked after our dog Elsie many times and has gone over and above in times of need, on one occasion putting in extra time to tale Elsie to emergency vets. As a result I feel very comfortable leaving Elsie in their care. She sends me updates when we're away for full peace of mind. Elsie loves it there and always comes home shattered after a big play with the other daycare doggies. Thanks Elite”

“A very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible practice. My dog was treated so gently and kindly, I was worried he was going to be afraid but he loved the vet (Christian) and the tiny treats he was rewarded with. This bit is important (especially if you have a busy life!)! It’s a super easy booking in process, just register your preferred appointment time online (in my case out of hours the night before) which is then confirmed the following morning. It’s very near Tatton park and Knutsford town centre, and has a small car park which is very easy if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. 100% recommended!”

“We are unable to praise Lauren enough. It's the first time we have ever used a mobile dog groomer and the way Lauren bonded instantly with "Tia" our 12 year old Border Collie was amazing. After a recent bad experience elsewhere, it was lovely to see Tia giving Lauren kisses whilst at the same time having her nails clipped. “I found the phone manner of the receptionist to be briiant when I first rang up to sign my pet up and to book an appointment. Then the greeting and help when I arrived was great. The vet I saw Jack was absolutely fantastic I felt like he genuinely cared, he was very good at what he does. His knowledge and explanation of the situation with regards to my cat phoebe and her skin issue was very good. The nurse that joined us to help him handle phoebe was also lovely and she chatted to my 2 year old daughter while she helped to handle phoebe. Over all very impressed!”

After discussing all options we unfortunately made the decision to put her to sleep, and although very sad, I was happy how calm everything was, and how nothing was rushed.”

“My dog Gracie needed an urgent appointment. They fitted her in within an hour. The reception ladies are so nice. Gracie loves going there and especially seeing auntie Claire who has the treat tin. She received excellent care. Her blood test results came back within the hour as they are tested in house and the lovely vet stayed on beyond her shift end to update me with results and treatment. I can honestly say everyone we have met there has been friendly, caring and professional”

“Greenbank were brilliant today. Can’t thank them enough. My lab got a stick stuck to the roof of her mouth. I couldn’t get it out. She was clearly in great distress. I took her straight to the vets. They saw and examined her immediately Had theatre ready if needed. Luckily they were able to remove under sedation and all is well. Both dogs were treated with care, and even though Wilson suffers with anxiety, and becomes very unsettled thus needing to be muzzled and held tightly by my husband. He was treated with gentleness, patience, and understanding. We are always at ease when we know that we have to bring either of our dogs there, and that is all due to the staff that work there.”

“I honestly can't speak highly enough of Mount View Farm Kennels and Cattery. Gill and her team looked after our three dogs for a long period whilst we had a family situation to deal with. We were given frequent updates with pictures on how well they were doing and we felt completely comfortable with having our dogs stay there for so long. Gill and the team went above and beyond, accommodating trips to the vets on our behalf, due to our personal circumstances not being able to, as well as the everyday dog walks, play time, bath time and of course, feeding time.
