“I visited the shop on Tuesday 16th when in Bury for business meeting. I'd popped in to the arcade to head to Boots Opticians and saw the shop. I ended up buying a pair of Dr Marten shoes that I am very happy with. The staff were great, even after an initial gripe about service on my part. My fault, I'd not realised the staff had asked me if I wanted help, and I missed this and ignored them. I then complained only for the staff to help, be patient and explain what had happened. Great shop and service, and at the end was asked if all was okay by the manager/owner who was genuinely concerned.”

The wait was only short and the staff member did all she could to minimise our wait. The service in preparing the shoes was very professional and they did all that they could to keep it covid secure. We have used Hands for years and have always found the staff members professional and knowledgeable, there is no pressure sales it is all about making sure that the shoe is right for the child. Customer service is key and this is something that always differentiates Hands from other stores, the customer is key and they make sure there is a no rush service.
