“Absolutely fabulous customer service. Unfortunately we had a pair of faulty shoes which I wanted replacing with the same type as they were so comfy, but product no longer available to buy online. Contacted shop explained issue and Vicki went above and beyond to find a franchise shop who had the exact pair/size we needed. She then got them delivered to Wilmslow for me to pick up and even kept me notified as to how long it would take them to arrive in Wilmslow. A FIRST CLASS SERVICE CANNOT THANK VICKI ENOUGH FOR HER EFFORTS IN OBTAINING A REPLACEMENT. I could not thank Vicki in person on the collection day, as she was not in work.
