“Wow what can I say.. second time coming back because the first time was so good and greeted by the same amazing customer service I had before, went for something different this time I had the toasted chicken and bacon wrap meal, the price is unbeatable for what you get and the milkshake I had made by Kamal was absolutely outstanding!! And he had a smile on his face through the whole thing and made time to have a conversation, I cannot recommend this place much more thank you Kamal and the chefs outstanding! Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. “Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was perfect. Well done manager and thank you for coming to my aid. Keep up the good work.”

“Stopped off for a quick bite to eat after a day out. We were served quickly and within a reasonable amount of time. The food was good quality, the only little tiny gripe would be the burger patty could have done with being a little flatter (see photo) and filling more of the bun, tasted great though. “I work in trafford park and heard this place do takeaway breakfasts as well as all you can eat sit in. I have been twice now and both times been very impressed with the service. For £6.99 You get a tray to help yourself to the breakfast carvery which is all you would expect to compile your favourite full english. There is offer of a drink too for extra £1 but have not yet tried it as we have brew making facilities at work. If you are looking for a full english in trafford park, sit in or take away then you cant really go wrong. Friendly staff, very nice tasting and quality, warm fresh food. Thank you all”
