“We came here 2/3 weeks ago whilst my daughter was having a trial day at nursery! We had two English breakfasts and they were honestly the best breakfasts I’ve had. The sausages were from Andy Taylor’s ( a local lovely butchers) the egg was cooked to perfection, everything was lovely. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back!”

“Excellent food, nice cosy atmosphere with an open fire. This is not a standard Robinsons food pub, it has local fresh produce prepared by a good chef, with nice little extras. Staff are always polite and the best thing for us is that we can go somewhere for an excellent meal with our dog, as they welcome dogs and always ask if you want water for your dog. Since we moved to the area a couple of years ago it is our favourite place to eat out without leaving our furry friend home alone.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights. Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean bathroom. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was lovely and the service was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all this was perfect accommodation. Would definitely recommend.”

“Heard a new chicken shop opened up in my local area, thought I'll give it ago. Was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service from the staff. The food was really good too, I ordered a spicy chicken burger meal and a half peri grill chicken platter. The grilled chicken was really tasty and covered in a flavoursome peri sauce. The burger was huge, and the muffin couldn't cover it all. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and will definitely be coming again.”

I rang and asked for our favourite; sweet & sour fish which wasn't a problem, when I arrived to pick it up I picked up a menu and couldn't find sweet & sour fish anywhere, but they had still done it and it was gorgeous, what a service! “Absolutely gorgeous and mouth watering, every piece of the meat had its special taste, i usually dont like meats but i fell in love with them instantly, sirloin was very soft and juicy and literally melting in my mouth, lamb chops itself full of flavour, and chicken steak as you would think this would get dry but it was very juicy and soft, i would definitely recommend this place as everything was made right infront of me , very fresh and tasty, its a very new business so definitely give it a try,”

“I’ve tried most of the curry canteens in cheetham and northern quarter and real Taste is my go to. They offer a great varied selection of tasty curries with excellent freshly made breads. Also really good tandoori dishes. Prices are good to.”

“As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. Full of flavour and such a great find here in Manchester. I had ordered the egg curry along with the mushroom xacuti and loved both. The portions are also generous so would highly recommend to people who want to try goan food or just want to be reminded of back home. The couple and their family were also extremely sweet and welcoming. Will 100% order again.”
