Excellent shop with a great selection of brands and styles with patient staff who ensure that you get the perfect fit for your child's feet. Also recently had an issue with a manurmanufact defect on one shoe that had been purchased a few months prior. This was resolved within moments of walking into the shop. Excellent shop, even better customer service.”

I ended up buying a pair of Dr Marten shoes that I am very happy with. The staff were great, even after an initial gripe about service on my part. My fault, I'd not realised the staff had asked me if I wanted help, and I missed this and ignored them. I then complained only for the staff to help, be patient and explain what had happened. Great shop and service, and at the end was asked if all was okay by the manager/owner who was genuinely concerned.”
