“Pleasantly surprised; Travelodge doesn't always have the best reputation but I booked a few weeks in advance and managed to get a Saver Rate room at £37 for the night as somewhere to stay for a night out. Very budget hotel but clean and warm room, couldn't hear any noise in the corridors or any road noise (when the window was closed) and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in the car park, staff friendly and security presence at night. Didn't have breakfast or use the bar/cafe facilities so can't comment on those.”

“Adorable pet shop with lovely staff. Asked them to get in some ferret supplies for us and they did straight away! Come here for malt paste, treats, and litter for them. Much better than getting stuff online!”

“We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We will certainly be staying next time were in Manchester.”

“Found Gemma’s Dog Boarding through DogBuddy and I’m glad I did! Right from initial consultation where Arnie, my golden Cocker Spaniel (elderly!), and I met her and her dog, through to picking him up a week later Gemma was great. Messages and photos meant I could keep up with how he was getting on. Everything was straight forward and she was always happy to help. 5 stars well earnt and I’d be happy to take Arnie back and recommend her to his friends’ owners.”

“I had my two huskies stay here for 3 nights and they absolutely loved it. They were treated like part of the family and it really is a home away from home for them. I’ll be using them again for our next trip away in the summer without hesitation!! Amazing facility and the dogs are so well looked after.”

“Fantastic dog groomer. Would highly recommend. Jane discussed in detail the cut before hand. All medical checks about our dog were made on the first appointment. Jane also discussed how to make sure our cavapoo would feel most comfortable during the groom. You can tell shes passionate about her job and loves working with dogs. Superb value for money.”

We had additions made to our kitchen and some upgrades and the team were on time, professional and friendly, and Dave was involved from start to after-care. “Jackie has had my border terrier, Lenny since he was a pup. He absolutely loves going to dogie day care. He spends his day's either running around chasing or being chased by his dog pals in the park land or chilling on the sofa in the dog room which is equipped with leather sofas and crates, with easy access to the garden. Jackie sends me photo's of Lenny during the day. Her home is clean and she's a wonderful person.”

“Lovely place! The owner, Claire really looks after our two cats; she sends updates and photos when they stay and they’re so calm and happy with her care and attention. Claire also grooms our cat Maddie, he has long fur which gets matted easily. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, we always feel happy to to leave our lovely cats here.”
