“Samson and Nala spent 5 months with Helen and Jan, we initially thought it would only be a few weeks until we bought our house. It was an emotional time being separated from our fur babies, Helen and Jan cared for us as well as our cats, we visited often and always had a cup of tea and a chat. The rooms are amazing with lots of toys to keep them stimulated, they changed rooms for a change of scenery, Samson has a history of having a sensitive stomach and was fed top quality food, their emotional needs were met with lots of daily cuddles, we were kept updated and any problems Helen would let us know. Helen and Jan have a genuine passion for cats, we were so happy with their care. The day we picked them up was emotional for all, Samson and Nala are now settled in our new house and we will always be so grateful for the love and care of our fur babies. “We had our first clean today from Bright and Beautiful and all I can say is Wow! Excellent service, the staff were great and the house looked exceptional… even my teenage step daughter walked in the house and commented on how great it looked (and she never takes notice of anything!) I was really impressed with the extra care and details which were taken during the clean; the cushions on the sofa were arranged nicely, the toilet paper corners folded, kids clothes folded on their beds- just fantastic! So pleased I’ve got these guys coming to clean our home every 2 weeks! Thank you Bright and Beautiful Stockport!”

“I would not leave my dog with anyone else whilst we are away. Simba loves his time with Martin, Lesley and staff. He trots off with Martin to his kennel and doesn’t give us a backwards glance, that tells me he is happy which is what is important. Every part of your dogs routine is discussed so that feeding etc can be replicated whilst you are away. Your dog is given the best possible care, fussing and attention after your own. thank you. “We've used Heaton Mersey Cattery regularly for nearly 4 years. Lovely secluded location in woodland/farmland by the river, away from noisy cars and busy roads. Friendly, family-run, with sensible opening hours for drop-off and collection. Our cat is always very well looked after!”

“Einstein and Rembrandt stayed at Cuddles for 19 days- our first time leaving them for this long and we were so impressed. We received regular updates and photographs and were also told we were welcome to get in contact at any time. You could tell they were well cared for and the room and area generally was spotlessly clean and such a great area for them to enjoy. The real difference was when we collected them- they both looked so well and were their happy selves. Thank you Steve and Gail for looking after our boys so well and taking the time to update us.”

“We have an anxious dog who we needed to leave somewhere safe and welcoming for a few nights. Very pleased to say that Diane and her team at Happy Feet were very professional, but also very welcoming in taking in and looking after our dog. They have a very well organised set up that Lucky settled into very well. We really appreciated getting a phone call to reassure us that all was well when we left, and then they sent photos a couple of days later to show us Lucky enjoying time with the other dogs. When we collected her she was happy and healthy and playing. Would definitely use Happy Feet again and highly recommend to others.”

“My cats can be fussy eaters so I tend to take what ever they are eating at the time as I don't think you can expect the staff to cater for every different cat. I'm happy that they are safe and cared for . The staff do a great job”

“Had to arrange emergency boarding after being badly let down by a home boarder who demanded our 13 month old labrador was picked up immediately despite us being 7 hour drive away.
