“Recently had 10 Composite Veneers with Doctor Lowri Hanna - from start to finish Lowri listened to every concern and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. The attention to detail is next to none and I can’t begin to thank her enough for my new smile - it’s always been my biggest insecurity but not any more! Thanks to the team including the dental nurse Caitlin who was lovely as well as Niall on the desk who was so personable - making sure I was ok at all times! “I visited Sand for the first time today after a pretty awful experience at another salon. Linda got my hair back to the exact colour I was after and she was so lovely! The gentleman who dried and straightened my hair afterwards was also lovely (so sorry I forgot your name!). The salon itself is gorgeous, really peaceful, really clean and exactly what you’d want from a salon. “Firstly I think it’s important to note this is a cafe that is connected to a family support centre and counselling service. It’s cheap and it is supposed to be somewhere accessible for people who access the services next door, as well as for anybody who uses the park. I actually came here not because of this but because I had attended a baby class in the adjoining room, so my friend and I had coffee and cake here. It’s a great little place, so cheap and the staff are friendly too. There’s a seating area outside as well for warmer days. It’s a lovely little cafe if you’ve had a walk in the park or want to meet a friend with your little ones. They also offer a range of food and I’ve-cream in summer, but we always went primarily for coffee and cake, both of which were always spot on. We used to go here every week after baby classes, and will continue to do so after Covid. This cafe definitely deserves our support so that it stays open in the future.”

“I have been going to kalpana for many years for my eyebrow thread. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do them. I always get comments on how nice and shaped they are and kalpana always makes sure there is an appointment available for myself. She has always been so friendly and welcoming and I couldn’t ask for anyone better to do my brows! I am moving out of the area soon but will still travel every month to her shop for treatment Thank you kalpana!!”
