● Closed“Pleasant visit on Saturday afternoon, excellent customer service displayed by the guy who was cleaning the plates and washing up, he spotted my boy having a melt down and offered him a small toblerone to calm him down. Not only was this emotionally intelligent and empathetic this natural token of kindness demonstrated excellent customer experience. I will now visit Costa more when I have the chance over other coffee shops. This man is a credit to your organisation. He wa smashing the pots and tidying up with a smile however he did so much more for your brand today.”

● Closed“Came to the shakedown in Cheadle and wasn’t let down. Burgers were incredible, Cajun fries with spicy Mayo were amazing and the milkshakes seem to last forever and taste really good. Best fast food joint I’ve ever been to I could not recommend more.”
